This reminds me of gearscore from WoW... This is a good idea though.
Is this an average level of the current gear equipped or are their weights involved based on what enchants the item is, along with its quality?
? It seems to report the actual level of the gear, so you know what to look for to upgrade....

Just tried the latest update (had no previous saved variable as I delete them everytime I update addons), and I get the following error on login:

If you want to help debug it, it would be helpful to see what's in your saved variables file. That variable was renamed in 1.4, but the :NewAccountWide() API should have talked care of adding the new variable from the defaults. I must not understand how that function works.

Any plans to add auto repair options? Also, none of the addons that add loot info to chat seem to have this option yet (is it just not possible with current api?), but I'd love to be able to create a seperate tab and have this list the loot in that chat tab instead of the general one.

every update, another problem.. your log window can finally be closed, halleuyah, but now the dps window cant be moved and don't seem to work. really messes up my screen, cause now it reverts and is stuck in the upper left corner, where I have another unmovable window located
