It's fixed. Due to how ZOS handles the menus they have to change before they can update, so if you toggle something with the inventory up showing ingredients, it won't show until you change tabs or scroll. Simply closing/opening the inventory again will not change the icon as long as nothing has changed.

IS seems to work the opposite of FCOIS. FCOIS has you mark something as decon it means you want to decon it, IS' filter options are for if you want to remove it from being decon'd. So if you turn on filter store, you don't want to sell it, rather than wanting to sell it.
