What is the ground effect that is registering? For me its ground targeted skills, like blockade of fire. I use the add-on to keep track of it but if someone near by casts it, it shows up as being casted as well. It doesn't seem to show up in the normal effects list on the character sheet so I'm assuming its a "fake buff" in the...
