I'm currently working on supporting multiple "profiles" for PersonalAssistant and I have to say due to the new features of LAM-2 it should be a lot more convenient to use than Bank Manager ;-)
You can expect it to be released in the next couple of days.
After that, I'll have a closer look at all the advanced item types.

Yes, Glyphs will be added with the next release.
What other filter would you like to see? Some can be added rather easy as they are pre-defined by Zenimax, others require some more coding (e.g. one hand weapons) as there is only an item type for weapons in general.

Yes, I actually did this on purpose as I am not yet too happy with how LAM2 (Settings>Addon Settings) handles sub-menus. But sooner or later the "old" original settings window will disappear.

Oooh, I know why this happens. Apparently there are some runes you can only stack to 20, when other you can stack up to 100 like the other items. Currently, PA always assumes that 100 is the max stack size and if you would exceed this then the deposit fails. Which is exactly what happens in your case...

Edit: But dunno if this would be solved by percentage or value, for runes, there is maximum stack 20 for blues, althrough rest of items has max 100 in stack

I'm glad to hear that; thanks for the feedback. I might change the functionality a bit in the future so that the addon will automatically try to re-deposit in such cases without sending a failure message to the chat.

When depositing more stuff at once, game kicks me out with error to send to zenimax, or in case of fewer items, it says "FAILURE: could NOT be moved to bank" and i must close bank, then open for autodeposit rest of items. I think this could be solved by similar method like gold depositing in steps/min interval.

With the latest version (v1.3.0) it is now possible to define for each ItemType whether these items shall be ignored, deposited or withdrawn from/to the bank. This can be set individually per character.

Would it be possible to define a minimum amount of damage as a criteria whether an (equipped) item shall be repaired or not?
Especially when leveling, sometimes items get replaced before they hit the 0% durability, which would be a waste of gold to repaire these items all the time.
