No. It may be "Craft Store" add-on.
I think you are right.
I was trying to stop it notifying me about a deleted character. A Google search found reference to a /csremovechar command for CraftStore. I think it did the trick.

I recently started seeing this and don't know which Addon is triggering it.
I don't see anything referring to that function in the Addon description or in the settings, but I'm inquiring anyway.

I was wondering what that indicated, as well. I guessed it had something to do with resistance but could find nothing to confirm that until this message.

Old PTS characters

Is there a way to purge from CraftStore previous characters that no longer exist on the current PTS version?
Every time the previous PTS has ended and a new DLS or chapter test period starts, item tooltips still display inventory quantities (from Craftstore) for the nonexistent characters.
I know I can delete the savevariables file...

I deleted a couple of characters, but their inventories are still listed in the II tooltips.
How do I get rid of their data? I searched the savedvariables file (..\SavedVariables\IIfA.lua, right?) for the character names but not found.

Summerset patch

I installed the Summerset patch (4.1.2a) by Sigo Dest. It had an error initially when I tried to move a skill to the ability bar, but after restarting the game I have seen no more error. I don't know if everything is working correctly.
But now Minion offers an update to "Superstar - Morrowind Update 3.0".
