Fortunately, the History and Favorites window can be unlocked and moved, so that I can access it, but is that what needs to be done to be able to use the AGS and PerfectPixel together?
Yes you need to move the window.
3 - the AGS Disable custom selltab filter is set to ON

I've tried to deactivate all the addons and everything still the same. This issue is when the vendor displays their items or the banker. However, with Nuzhimeh the assistant, this issue doesn't happen when you dialog with her.
I think I found what the problem is. Try it with the addon "AdvancedFilters".

When you open a dialog window with a vendor o with your banker, for example, the list is displayed truncated and not display all the possible items (first link). However, if you do scroll down, the list is completed with all the items that it's possible to shown (second link).

That icon indicates, that your designated crafter didn't know this recipe or motif, or trait
Usually it has been shown in the upper layer above ingame "lock" icon

So, as I see, now new view has Bag, Skills and Campaign windows
All other windows has default view, but tab switchers lays in the new positions (much higher than main window) and that switchers still has no background
No errors noticed either and all my addons seems to work fine

The quest racker shows the things to do at the top right corner.
But the quest tracker window is moved too far to the top now.

But if open Guild Store (with or without AGS addon), then Banker window looks like at the screenshot.
To fix it you need to switch tabs: from Withdraw to Deposit and back

Hmm weird. The only addons that I use that maybe somehow interfered would be "AwesomeGuildStore", "AutoCategory" and "DarkUI". Although I did disable them and didn't do anything. It's not that big of an issue but just annoying. :)
I've tried with these Addons "AwesomeGuildStore, AdvancedFilters" and without them.

There is not enough transparency setting for the minimap and the edge off. Also the maximum zoom level is too small, too small.
For myself, I was able to do it by editing lua, I think it might be interesting to others.
