The issue is fixed with async update turned off. Issue returns with it turned on. Thank you for adding this toggle.

This is more of an FYI for those with serious OCD over these kinds of things. This does not appear to be a bug with this great addon or something the addon should fix (it already does let you work around it by allowing you to hide quest giver markers by entering a command in the chat window).
