Actually, I was trying to write something new since Wykkyds Toolbar didn't seem to be maintained any longer. There's multiple info bars available, such as Wykkyds Toolbar and Super Useful Gadget Bar. Neither of which are kept up to date.
As far as the current version goes, the biggest difference between The Elder Bar and Info Pane...
