I noticed that when I mouse over a gadget, the popup text appears. Sometimes it pops up under different elements from another addon.

When placed at the bottom, the tooltips are iffy. Depending on exact mouse position they can flicker on/off a lot. I'm guessing this is because the position of the tooltip is such that it is over the pointer position so it thinks the pointer isn't over the bar, turns the tooltip off and the pointer is once again over...

For some reason whenever I enter combat I get an error from aui about player health something having 2 anchors and adding another will not do anything. Pops up everytime I get into combat. I disable this add on (only new add on I got) and no such pop up happens, I want to use this add on as it seems so helpful but aui doesn't like it...

* Bumped up API version.
* Externalized the libraries.
* Added new pulse option, "None", which will prevent all blinking/fading.
* Added thresholds and display options to the "Event Tickets" gadget.

Thank you for this addon. I play with a gamepad and it works flawlessly. Invaluable tool.
Edit. A suggestion from a gamepad user. The only time I need to use a mouse to hover for a tooltip is when I repair my gear. I look for the item which costs most to repair.
It would be great if there was a gadget for that (apart from the cur...

Seems the version that Noromdrol sent me is some pre-release version for 10.0.0. I'll keep that in my back pocket, fix the following, and release it today:
Externalize the libraries
Add a Pulse Type of "None" which will stop it from blinking.
Fix the API versioning
