New update isn't a fix, but a debug build. If any of the chat messages trigger, you should be able to then look at the overview and find the character without their name.
I get 'Something went wrong' on my first character on the list. The error message in chat states "CS: Missing player race".

I'm a big fan of this addon, recommend everybody gets it.
Recommendation:
My only recommendations to improve the addon would be to make the character selection menu a little bit cleaner, or more minimized. It becomes a hassle when you have many characters, to scroll down to check on a timer.

Can we have the thieves guild troves and normal chests as a separate tick box?
I only open them for the gold, but usually ride right past them.

Great addon, I used it to ensure all my toons got the skill point from the dungeons. Great way to keep track.
Now all of my toons are at end game the need for this addon has waned. I recommend it to all people starting toons to keep track of skill points easily.
