I did get another bug report on the same thing today, but have not been able to reproduce it. I do admit that I haven't tried with MiniMap activated :)
I am using Fyrakin's latest minimap and still experience this quite frequently.
Perhaps implementing Fyrakin's dimension code in this addon might resolve it.

A small suggestion though:
If you get infected with lycanthropy the vampire quest "Scion Of The Blood Matron" should not be visible on the map as a quest giver pin. Same goes for vampirism with the werewolf quest "Hircine’s...
