Is there a way to undo what I did (without deleting all my own nodes)? No. You should read the Addon Info tab and watch the videos they go over the settings and there was a way to filter the import so you only got chests in the first place.

Can i delete the hervestMerge lua in saved variables after i transferred it to harvestMap?Yes you can. I recommend getting all your data into HarvestMerge and the disable the mod. That way when the TESO server gets buggy and you loose your data you have a backup.
