Not yet. The arrow is centered around with reticle.
Iīm just looking at the lua file. Is it possible to edit some lines to move it elsemwhere?
I would have it under my minimap

Unfortunately not. It doesn't use its own frame, but instead built-in ZOS notifications.

Are you using any other mods? There are some mods i'm aware of that do try to move the compass bar as well so may be setting it to where they want it to be rather than your choice.
