What is the green circle with an exclamation point that shows up on certain provisioning items? Are they the mats used for daily writs? Or does it indicate something else?

In a way, yes. "Junk" items are not actually included in inventory items (though they do still remain in the inventory). Junk items will not get indexed, grouped, or sorted by most of the inventory management addons. An ornate category with higher priority would not see junk items either. Another option to do would be to create a rule (or use an existing rule) which already matches traittype("ornate") - like a Selling rule maybe, and give that rule a higher precedence number in the bag than your decon rule. I've been making my own categories for a while now. For decon I have a catagory that splits out any gear that is level 1 or CP 160 that is not part of a set. Is there any documentation to go with the addon. I just started using it and it'd be great if I could look up what some of the stuff does (for example in the base options there Bandits and Default at the top each with checked check boxes next to them, I'm not sure what these do).

I recently started using a rotation that includes Critical Surge and Degeneration. When I cast Critical Surge a timer of 11 seconds also starts on Degeneration. I'm not sure if there's some crossover I'm missing between the two abilities or if this is a bug or possibly a setting I need to change. Also gotta add I love this addon....
