Tried to set everything else ON and quality between Fine and Epic and the button still works. Seems that only Epic set items break it.

The screen is blurred, and nothing from the UI is visible.
That happens when an error occurs during UI transitions.
If you don't see one then chances are there's an addon suppressing errors.
Errors are also listed in the interface.log. Where they will remain until the next time the game is launched.

I've figured out why it's not allowing equipping an item in Junk or Stolen categories. It uses the category the item is in to equip it in that slot. Off Hand, for example. If the item is a shield, it uses the current Off Hand category you are equipping it from to add it to that bar slot.

I noticed that Favorites are duplicating. I'm working on a fix.
UPDATE: 2.7.7 may have fixed this. However, I am unsure what was triggering the refreshes that were causing a favorites category to be added each time.
Here's hoping this is a fix without creating some new issue.

I found the cause of this. I had changed it to reset based on a game function that was added with endeavors instead of trying to calculate based on an assumed time.
It returns the time remaining until reset in seconds based on the type. I unintentionally set it to return that for weekly instead of daily, based on a suggestion.

I was unable to get this to happen to me. I even cleared the saved variables. Selecting and unselecting BUI changed the state of "Use Fancy Frame", making it clickable.
