 Wayshrine/World map bug

Been having an issue not allowing me to interact with any way shrines or port using the world map. after interacting with a wayshrine my screen gets blurry and I have to reload UI. I've disabled every one of my mods and reactivated them one at a time and it seems like AUI is the culprit. Any one else with this issue?
