@mangomen - Hey. For some reason the game doesn't track the Major Gallop passive from AvA on the player (can check the stat sheet to confirm) though it does seem to show it on targets. Does Major Gallop show up for everyone else with perma buffs on?
It did on a new character when I first got the skill but then never again and never at all on any other chars
pretty sure my settings are correct, just curious if it works for others
