ZO_QuickSlot dissapeared (standard QSB UI)
ActionButton9 dissapeared (standard current quick slot button)
Changes side effects:
ITEM_SLOT_CHANGED event wont update any slot query results.
GQSB still works fine with API 101033, it's useless with 101034.

It may be a matter of Account-wide Settings (versus per-character Profiles Settings), the first Settings panel entry.
This and the auto-cloning of the Profiles layout and content.
You need to make sure to grasp how that works or disable the cloning behavior altogether.
