Detecting the Server?

Is there a way you can detect which server the character is on?
While I normally play on the NA server I have a few characters on the EU server (mostly for the PTS server) I find I need to eliminate the EU characters on several addons which means I can't track them on the EU server.

Howdy, First let me say I love the app, but there seems to be an issue with Food made by my provisioner, it seems all the food I make (Green and Blue) are deleted as soon as I make them, "Keep Food" stops it, but then I am picking up all the stale stuff that I was hoping to avoid.
