yes, its against Steam tos/eula, but steam has ZERO chance to catch you, because you will never play this game thru steam

you can register steam account and use the proxy to buy the TESO for CIS dollars, its even cheaper than for RUR

you need Ukrainian, Belorussian or other proxy, not Russian

the price is - 11.99 USD(CIS) (-60% off)
regular price - 23.99 USD(CIS)

and you dont need a steam to play

but still you can try to write to suppport as i did before
and ask them to change your country to RU

Goal of companies are to make us spend our money, goal of consumers should be spend the minmum amount of money. Those initiatives are good.

Yes, 60day cards are sold for around 10-15€ on many sites.

Bought 2 for 11€ each on kinguin.net some time ago, 1 was not working but the support got me a replacement even though I didn't use the buyer protection (but said it's a one time only thing :D).
