[Request] permanent visual weapon enchantment effect
 

i was wondering if it would be possible to show the visual effect of a weapon enchantment that usually fades again after a few seconds to be permanent (for own or all charaters on screen)? and if so if anyone would be willing to create such an addon?

This is impossible to do. Addons have no access to the rendering of weapons and their enchantments (or rendering in general outside of UI stuff)
