[open] GetGuildKioskCycleTimes uses local time
 

The timestamps returned by GetGuildKioskCycleTimes are just "ideal" local timestamps, which means it can return a completely wrong result when the system clock is not set correctly. Aside from that, the actual trader change usually happens some 40 seconds after the indicated time. It would be nice if this could somehow return the true trader change time used on the server.
That would also solve the bug where the bid dialog shows that there is still time left and reacts as if the bid was a success, when it was actually silently discarded by the server.
