Weather Addon
 

Hello It seams that that the weather in ESO is instanced and during RolePlay, not everyone is experiencing the same Weather, some have rain some have sunny days.

Is it possible to control the weather in eso?
Is it possible to jump to the same instance that someone has if its raining or its sunny and share the weather?

I dont know much about programming, please be kind :)

I don't know if the weather is instance dependent, but yes you can switch your instance to another ones, by porting to him. E.g. in group window right click on the target char
Or if you are invited into a group, and you are not close to the welcoming, game asks you, if you wanna port to him.

To answer your addon related questions: No, addons are not able to control the weather in ESO.
