Looking for something like Harven's Improved Skills, but that shows the branch abilities prior to purchasing them rather than only after you've purchased them.

Also looking for an addon I saw on someone's stream, which showed all skill lines in one view rather than having to open the categories independently to see them.

1st: Not possible afaik as the API will provide the info after unlocking them (unless that changed in the past)
2nd: Maybe "Perfect Pixel"

The ZO_SkillsDataManager should have all skills that exist, even if they're not for your class, and their progressions and morphs and everything. So an addon could write anything it wants using that.

I'd ask Harven then in his mod to maybe add the information to non-skillpoint spent skills as well, if meanwhile possible.
Should be easier to dot hen creating a totally new addon.
