World Event POI Active Animated pin question
There is something I don't understand about the World Event POI Active Animated pin:
It is clearly made of a regular texture and an animated pin underneath but is the pin indeed two pins or does one of the pin embeds the other or is there a 2nd texture in the animated pin data to display as an overlay? :confused: Code:

It has been a while since I looked at the world event pins but I think the animation data is stored in the pin data attribute of the world event pin. I am not using all the same naming conventions as ESO but you can see in this link where I am using the pin data information to determine when to apply animations.
