Crafted Potion names showing effects
 

I'd like to request for an addon that renames crafted potions based on their effects.
For example: Tripots would have a name other than just Essence of Health

I remember an addon which does this already but it's name got nothing to do with Potion or name as it seems.
If I find it I'll post the name here.

There’s actually another addon that does it too, buuuut I forgot what it is.
