Simply an addon that, when you're looking at another player, shows underneath their name whether they're single or married. Not sure if that info's even readily available in the API.

At any rate, would make finding in-game marriage partners a little easier!

I have a busy two weeks but I will try to fit it in within that time. At the latest I will look more indepth after that time. I think this would be neat for the RP community.
