you can just enable...
I figured out what to do,
you can just enable showing nameplates for neutral and enemy npc, and you can see all guards, if someone else is searching this. :D
Also help with killing npc and stealing,...

If you are stealing items and got seen, get bounty on you, but I have nameplates only shown when I target someone, other wise there is too much names everywhere and slows down game.
