[implemented] Events for dark anchor and dark fissure completed

Currently there is the EVENT_EXPERIENCE_GAIN which has this two event codes.


PROGRESS_REASON_DARK_ANCHOR_CLOSED
PROGRESS_REASON_DARK_FISSURE_CLOSED
