For me S'rendar is not causing any lag.
Not sure what you did setup in the addon maybe you need to reinstall it, delete teh savedvars before and disable some settings you do not need.

Srendar is giving you info about your buffs too + movable containers where the bars will show.
It's need some time to setup, like BuffTimers too, but it's a good combination imo.
