If you have started the game at least once and logged in to a character you should have this folder somewhere on your pc. If you are using Windows 10 and OneDrive, it may be in a different location however. Check
this wiki page for where you might find it.
You should also consider using
minion instead of installing them manually. Saves a lot of time and frustration when trying to keep them up to date.
