What folder does the screenshot trick point you to?
If it's c:/users/... /documents/elder scrolls online/live/screenshots then the AddOns folder must be in
c:/users/... /documents/elder scrolls online/live
Create it if it's not there.
Put your addons in there, extraxt zip files and do only extract the contents (addon folder containing the lua and txt files) of the zip files, do not create another subfolder with the name of the zip file!
