It's because of outdated addons incompatible with U37, you should try to contact their authors for them to fix this.
If it is an old and abandoned addon or the author doesn't answer after some time you can put a list of addons here and I'll see what I can do.
Most ResizeToFitDescendents warnings are caused by controls using SetResizeToFitDescendents which are parents of CT_LABEL type ones but which are also CT_LABEL type controls, you have to change the parent controls to CT_CONTROL type so they can still use SetResizeToFitDescendents without the warning.
