i'd like to request an addon that would make the health bar stay visible when a damage shield* is active. as a pve tank using a damage shield as main line of defense it's very important for me to always know how much shield, if any, is still left so i don't wast any resources on premature casts.

*all kinds of damage absorbing shield including those from item sets and from procs
