You must copy the whole error message from the popup here otherwise we cannot see where it can come from
Did your bag space/bank space increase properly? Are your crowns subtracted properly? If not both happend I'd contact ZOs support ingame via /bug (type it into the chat) and get my crowns back
Are you using any addons? Try to disable ALL of them before using the crown store and see if the error message appears again.
