Web Based Item API

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I was wondering if something exists that I can use on my website to allow me to get item info based on an item link. I know Diablo 3 has something like this where your on a web page, you hover over the name of an item, and a box pops up with the item's stats and mods. Does anything like this exists for ESO where I submit some data to a web service, and it returns some json or something?
