Achievement codes broken?

I wonder if it's just me, but...

I have started getting wierd results when I use

Lua Code:

GetAchievementCriterion()

1250 used to be "Wrothgar Master Relic Hunter", but now 1250 is "The First Charter" and "Wrothgar Master Relic Hunter" doesn't exists at all.
1248 used to be "Hero of Wrothgar", but now 1248 is "Relic Hunter" and "Hero of Wrothgar" doesn't exists at all.
"The First Charter" have BOTH the numbers 1250 AND 1324.

There are probably other achievement codes that went haywire, but haven't checked them.
