craftstore wrathstone

My craftstore wrathstone add-on stopped working last week. I have kept all up to date and check every day on minon. It has a required add-on: LibBinaryEncode. I went to this site to see what to do and I did not understand it at all. Can you please help me with this add on. I did not see any other posts of this. I really like the add-on but of course can not use it. In the add-on window in the game CraftStore Wrathstone is in red with an explanation mark and it ways I am missing the LibBinaryEncode.
