Damage meter

Hi there!

Since 1.1 we could really need a proper dmg-meter, Recount and CLS are outdated and don't show group damage - this should be possible now duo the changes of the API restriction.

Is there someone who is willing to update Recount/CLS or is up for coding a new dmg-meter? Think many peeps in the community would appreciate this.
