Saved Variables with API 100012

Hi guys,
current addons used on the PTS don't save any variables.

I haven't seen anything in the new api doc regarding the saving functions.
Do any of you have a clue as to how to fix this ?

(even with an up to date addon (just wrote 100012 in the txt file) is doesn't change anything.
