Lui exstended - Proc tracking fix help

Hey everyone, with noupdate to lui and the proc tracking stopped working I've been trying to fix it but no luck with the issue is when crystal frag proc'd it showed on the hotbar but ever since TG release it stopped working

If some advanced coder could show me how to fix the crystal frag proc not showing it'd be appreciated or show me whats wrong with the code ^^
