Master Merchant: Disabling initialization chat messages.

It would be cool if we have ability for turning off Master Merchant and its LibGuildStore initialization messages.
Currently both sources sends ~5 messages to chat when loading with no way to disable it.

Posting here because MasterMerchant comments is turned off.
