Guard Nameplate Visibility

Hello! Can anyone make an addon that will make guards nameplates visible and stand out more, like when you have "Neutral NPC's" nameplates set to visible, but make it so only guards appear and not every neutral NPC? If that's even possible.... I am currently leveling dark brotherhood and thieves guild skill lines and it would be great to know when a guard is on the prowl near me as I currently am bad at pickpocketing and usually have a bounty haha.
