[outdated] Camera angle/distance values

ZOS, addon authors would be happy to write certain addons such as speech bubbles, if you gave access to camera angle and distance values.

It'd even be better if we could get player locations, but that could give problems in pvp, but some sort of delayed method might work.

Alternatively, a way to tie in to FRIENDLY nameplates would also work (even better), allowing things like customizable leader insignias, guild insignias, and working chat bubbles. All you guys have to do is provide a hook, and we'll do the rest!
