[outdated] Ability for Addons to interact with the Login Screen

I noticed (when the game launched) that the order of your characters from the character select screen is determined by the order created. Many games change the order by logging-in. This isn't exactly a UI component so it cannot be changed with an addon. It would be nice if it were possible for addons to work in this screen somehow.
