Addon Request: COLORBLIND MODE

There's not much in the game that has been difficult for my color-blind wifey. There are a few things that are very critical to good gameplay however. Since game devs are notoriously slow to ever implementing colorblind help if they didn't to begin with, could anyone write a mod in the mean time?

What it'd need to do:

1. Give a way to change the color of the warning rings/cones etc. printed on the ground when mobs are going to use a special attack. More options are better because different color-blind types have trouble with different colors. The option to ring the area with a stronger outline would be better still.
2. A simple system of shapes/symbols of some sort to show which color the loot items are. Like - for white, + for green, ++ for blue etc would be fine. Just any way to indicate that so they can tell what they're looking at for sure.

Mainly item 1.

#1 is not possible. Those effects are part of the game world, not the UI.

#2 is possible. I don't have time to code something up for this, but it is doable.

For the meantime try WarlegendHUD - Textual Warnings for HP, MP and Stamina all with probably high contrast on a contrasting background - red, blue, green and white font (big enought and fat enought). Execution Alert in form of a fat large skull (you can change the scale for it to be large/smaller). Is what has come to my mind in terms of that. Also try:
