Attack innocents on/off

I'm looking for a simple addon that gives a keybinding for turning attack innocents on/off.

There was once an addon called "InnocentAttackToggle" but I can#t find it anymore on this addon page, weird.
I think CaptainBlagbird created it.

Maybe he removed it again or only released it somewhere else and not on esoui.com
