[REQUEST] Remove Quest Text

So I have been racking my brain about why I cannot seem to get into the story of this game, or even the quests. My brother pointed out to me that it could be because I can see the text while the NPCs are talking and know what they are gonna say before they even say the first word.

I was curious if anyone know of an addon that will remove the text that the NPC is speaking from, and instead just show my options to respond?

If there isn't one already, is there a skilled individual who would like to make one?
