REQUEST - Better AoE/Ground Target Indicator

Currently the light yellowish circle makes it tough to see where your ground target is against certain terrains or surfaces, especially when targeting on walls in Cyrodiil. It would be nice to see a more pronounced circle. Maybe brighter colors, thicker outlines, or some fancy effects.
