Combat Alerts

Would anyone be willing to make an addon that alerted the user with active combat tips, low resources, execute, crystal fragments ready, etc?

With a system very similar to Combat Cloud's Notification hybrid animation and style? Possibly with 2 alert frames, 1 to the center left and the other on the center right of the screen. Low resources being on one side, active combat tips on the other. Show execute if an execution skill is equipped, crystal fragments if it's equipped, etc. Allow the user to customize the frame positions, size and font. There are individual addons that display alerts for almost everything, such as Simple Combat Alerts, Combat Cloud, Sorcerer Helper, Harven's Potions Alert, FTC so it should be easy to see how it's done.

Alerts:

Active Combat Tips: Block, Dodge, Interrupt, Exploit
Resources: Low Magicka, Low Stamina, Low Health, Ultimate Ready
Skillbar Specific: Execute, Crystal Fragments
